Makeovers!!!!!

We had a room packed tonight! It was great getting to see
so many of our girls and visit with them since some of us
have been on vacation as well as some of them have too.

Supper was some kind of good tonight! Thanks Kitchen Staff!

We are glad you are back to cooking!

Our speaker was Kathy Sims, a Mary Kate Consultant, who showed the girls some beauty tips and stressed that one does not have to wear a lot of makeup to look good. She used several of the girls as models. She would apply the makeup on one side of the face the wrong way and then show the correct way on the other side. Seeing the contrast really made an impression...and...it made for some funny looking girls.

Tori is the first up!

Alysha's turn!

Elaine gets her pointers too!

CRAFT TIME!

Tronnie, our craft coordinator, was ready with a quick craft to bring the meeting to an end.

The evening was a little different then our regular meetings due to the fact that Ruth Ingram, a reporter from the Clinton News, was there getting information to use in her feature article about TeenMops. (She had called a couple weeks before asking if she could come join us one night) The real excitement came when the photographer appeard and started snapping everyone's pictures. That's when it hit that we were going to be in the newspaper. The story is suppose to come out this coming Thursday.
