5th Wednesday = GAME NIGHT

Tonight we had a fun night since it was the 5th Wednesday Night.

We decided to play card games.

One table played spoons, while the other Phase 10.

I think the game of spoons may have been much more competitive!

The girls had a great time, as well as the Mentors!

Ashley & Mrs. Sharon were getting into it, they had to put

name tags around back so they wouldn'g get in the way!

Mrs. Jenny was very excited she won the first game of spoons!

She beat her sister, Mrs. Sharon!!!!

Tonight, we had Dr. McMinn come share with us.

She started us off with a pop quiz!

Some of us did great - while others were not so great!

All of our eyes were opened when she shared with us the different

diseases that are out there and the consequences of having sex outside of marriage.
We thank Dr. McMinn for coming and being part of our group again.

This was our team tonight!

We had to recruit Mrs. Sharon to play with us...barefoot at that!

She did a GREAT JOB! Thanks Mrs. Sharon!!!!!

We had to re-create the picture above of

Kayla and Tiffany. We usually have to seperate them

so they will pay attention - as you can see, they

didn't pay attention and the ball went right between them.

It was very funny - one of those where you had to be there to understand!

Mrs. Denise on the other hand did not do that great of a job tonight.

She pretty much stayed on the floor, or as Elaine would put it

She got Low! :)

We may not win many games, but we sure have a great time!

So thankful Parkway has allowed us to do this for the 2nd year!

Our next game is Monday the 20th at 8:00 if anyone wants to come watch!

To Learn About One Another

Mrs. Tronnie and Tori had a fun craft for tonight.

We painted buckets for plants, pens, toys, make-up - whatever

The girls did a great job in decorating them!

Tonight we played a game that was musical box!

It was a box that was wrapped and if the music stopped

and you had the box, you had to un-wrap the first layer.

On it, was a question. Each one of us answered a different

question so that we could learn something new about each other.
