In spite of the small group, we did have a good meeting. Calvin Couch came and taught the girls some defense moves. A couple of the girls really got into it - made me glad I was their friend. Hannah showed us just how tough she can be. Calvin gave us many tips on how to defend ourselves. I was amazed at how many different pressure points and quick moves we learned. Hopefully, we will keep practicing and be ready for whatever comes our way.

ya know its funny how me, hannah, and brittney all have the same hand up on the same part of our face! that just goes to show you how close we all are!
