Coming This Wednesday, August 25th

First, What a great day in Sunday School Yesterday! We were blessed with all of you who were able to come. Next week we hope you get to come!

This Wednesday is going to be great. One of our very own shares about her being a Teen Mom. And as always.... supper begins at 5:00. See you then.

Sunday School begins at our new time this Sunday August 22nd. 9:00 am. Don't forget....we serve breakfast every Sunday. Church starts at 10:15. Can't wait to see you there!

TeenMOPS & The Men's Factor Begins Tonight

We are looking forward to getting our fourth year started tonight. We will begin with supper starting at 5:00. Then we will have a Meet & Greet session! Sure hope you will be able to come and help us start this year off. See you soon!

Teen MOPS & POPS Day

We had our third annual Teen Mops & Pops Day! What a great turn out and so much fun. This years speakers were Parkways very own Ken & Candy Anderson. We were so blessed to have them with us. They talked to us about relationships and how the Bible teaches us how to treat our boyfriends / girlfriends or spouses.



After lunch we had game time. This was a lot of fun! We had our own version of Minute to Win It! We took lots of pictures, but not all are posted here.

Our Final Meeting.....Spa Night

Once again, we finalized our meeting to treating our ladies to a Spa Night. We had a great time and so thankful for the group at MS Institute of Aesthetics, Nails, & Cosmetology here in Clinton. It's All About Being Mothers

With Mother's day this coming Sunday, we wanted to share how our children are like us.

For example, you know how when you are at a red light, and the light turns green but the car in front of you won't go, and you yell, "would you please just go!" Makes you realize how close your kids listen when they start yelling the same thing. Or when you drop them off for school and you tell them you love them every day.... the day you don't, they say, Mom, I love you.
Have you ever said, I'll NEVER do that when I have kids, to your mom? Now do you do it with your children???

Isaiah 66:13 says, "As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you;...

May you feel His presence this Mother's Day.
